1. Choose Multiple Schools
Choose from more than 1,100 schools within the CollegeZapps network. Our network of four-year colleges includes every school with at least 1,500 students. The more schools your student chooses, the more opportunities he or she creates. CollegeZapps is most efficient and beneficial when multiple schools are chosen.

2. Complete The Questionnaire
Eliminate the paperwork from the application process. Our easy-to-use online tool walks you and your student through every step of the process, never asking the same question twice — no matter how many applications you complete. This frees up time and attention for essays and other important portions of each application. Students can save their progress at any point and return to their in-progress applications later.

3. Print and Proof
CollegeZapps generates a print-ready, professional-looking application in each school’s preferred format. Simply print each application and give them a thorough review before sending.

4. Send In The Apps
Drop each application in the mail along with any applicable application fees, transcripts, reference letters or other materials.
