How much does it cost to use CollegeZapps? Each completed application is only $5. We accept all major credit cards. How many schools should I apply to? Experts recommend that you apply to 10 schools. Six of them should be "best fits," two should be safety schools, and two should be "reach" schools. Doing this used to require hours and hours of forms and redundant questions. CollegeZapps makes applying to 10 or more schools fast and efficient. Why isn’t every four-year college available on CollegeZapps? We’ve made a concerted effort to include as many colleges as possible. Our list is always growing, but we are not able to guarantee that every four-year college is in our network. We can say with some confidence that all colleges and universities with more than 1,500 students are in our network. Can I apply to graduate school, law school, or medical school with CollegeZapps? Not at this time. CollegeZapps currently serves only those students seeking an undergraduate degree. Can CollegeZapps help me get scholarships or financial aid? Although a well-written and professional looking application can help in these matters, CollegeZapps does not currently provide a scholarship search or financial aid services. I’m applying to a junior college or a trade school. Do you have applications for those schools? CollegeZapps currently only provides applications for four-year colleges and universities. Many applications to junior colleges or trade schools are shorter and don’t necessitate a Zapps-style tool to help you apply. Isn’t CollegeZapps just an online version of the Common App? No. CollegeZapps eliminates the repetition of the application process through our intelligent application tool. In addition, every application output by the system is unique and produced in each college’s preferred application format.

Is applying to multiple colleges a lot of work?

Yes this is a lot of work but this process has proven to increase the chances for additional THOUSANDS in financial aid. You need schools recruiting YOU as much as the opposite. The more options you have the more money you can receive. Would you go to one car dealer and tell them you want to purchase a specific car at THEIR store and expect the best price? You need multiple options to get the best offer. In addition each college has a diversity of students that they need to recruit .You may be a “Hot Prospect” at one school and just another student at another.
