CollegeZapps is dedicated to increasing the efficiency and effectiveness — and reducing the confusion — of the college application process through the use of leading-edge technology. Our proprietary tool eliminates the redundancy of the process, allowing students to focus on the essays and other more important elements.

We worked closely with high school counselors, college admissions staff, parents and students to engineer the system, and we update it each academic year to ensure we’re keeping pace as each school adapts its application and process.


CollegeZapps™ LLC was established in June 2007 and is a subsidiary of Efficient Forms, LLC, a provider of forms automation solutions. In September 2007, CollegeZapps launched a solution for college-bound students facing the competitive, lengthy and burdensome college application process. Using a personal, online questionnaire, CollegeZapps collects the appropriate student data and then populates applications from one or more schools.

The foundation for the CollegeZapps product is the iForms Product Suite™, a paperless transaction design based on soft-coded logical interviews where data is mapped to designated forms and transmitted as appropriate through a multi-party workflow. CollegeZapps maintains the exclusive rights to the iForms Product Suite in the college application market.







Efficient Forms is a privately-held corporation located in Littleton, Colorado and boasts solutions for multiple industries, including  Insurance, Financial Services, Compliance, and Education.   In April 2007, Kaplan Financial established an exclusive agreement with Efficient Forms to become the sole provider of Efficient Contracting Solution, a leading solution in the Financial and Insurance marketplace.
